Self-Care Rituals That Matter- Take Care of yourself

Yes, this is about you. Are you so busy having  days filled with maybe an outside work or being a housewife or both?  It's a chore that we  do every day and the minutes we can sneak away and  relax serve us well  , or an  hour! What we do, even if it only every few days, helps.    The importance  to our well-being is real, and maybe other people's well being too!

 

Ha Ha,  but don't let it come to that.   Have your tools ready to better serve your ritual.

With my Epilepsy, I definitely need to exercise I need to have my breathing and focus  Spot on , Exersise and Aroma Therapy help my heart rate go down and breathe a little easier.
